Program Finder: FAQs and common issues with a Program Finder

NOTE that we have 3 program finders:

Issue: I see the wrong program name(s) in the Program Finder list.

Resolution: Send an email to Jennifer Roos and tell her: 

• The URL of the Program Finder 

• Why you think that program name is wrong  

Issue: A program name is missing from the Program Finder.

Resolution: Send an email to Jennifer Roos and tell her: 

• The URL of the Program Finder 

• What you expect to see (that is, what is missing) 

Issue: A program name is appearing on a Program Finder and it doesn’t belong.

Resolution: Send an email to Jennifer Roos and tell her: 

• The URL of the Program Finder 

• Why you think that program name doesn’t belong there  

Issue: A program appearing on the Program Finder has wrong information (wrong school/college, wrong degree type, wrong learning style, etc.) .

Resolution: Send an email to Jennifer Roos and tell her: 

• The URL of the Program Finder 

• What is wrong or needs to be changed
