This article is intended for students who have previously earned credit that they have discussed declining with Academic counseling
If you have not already spoken with your counselor please start there. This article assumes you have already requested to decline a previously earned credit.
1. After your counselor submits the form to decline credit you should receive an email. This email comes from Academic Counseling and should look like this:

If you do not see this email check your spam/junk email box. If it is still not there you can reach out to academic counseling for assistance, as you will need the link to access the form to sign.
2. If you are not already signed into the application portal you will need to do so. If you are signed in already it should take you directly to the form you need to sign.
3. Click the circle next to the subject to select the credit you would like to sign the decline request for. If you have multiple you will need to sign each one separately.

4. Use your mouse to sign in the provided box, type your name in the 'Save as' text entry, and hit Upload and Save.
Hit Next to finish your signature. If you have additional credits to decline you can continue to sign the requests, otherwise you are done, and should keep a look out for a confirmation email from the Registrar once they have processed the request.
