All students at the University of St. Thomas must complete and sign a Student Payment Agreement and Disclosure Statement, which will be filed in the Business Office. This document outlines the financial responsibilities for attending classes and applies to all students, regardless of program or tuition assistance. If the form is not completed, a registration hold will be put on your account.
The Payment Agreement Form can be completed online via "Murphy Online":
- Login to Murphy Online
- Find the Payment Agreement Card > Click on the Payment Agreement Form link

- Read through the Payment Agreement Form and sign by checking the “Checkbox” and clicking the “Submit” button
