With our soft launch of Faculty and Advisor SSB9 Portal, users will have challenges in navigating within SSB9 or back to "Current Murphy Online main menu". There are 3 different products involved making (Banner Cascade, SSB8 and SSB9) navigation tricky.
Therefore, use these directions to help you navigate between the 3 products.
When in Faculty/Advisor SSB9 Portal and you want to get back the SSB8 main menu:
- Click on the Waffle on the upper left corner
- Click the "Banner >"
Click on the “Return to the Main Menu” (last link)
When in Faculty/Advisor SSB9 Portal and you want to get back the one of the Faculty/Advisor SSB9 menus:
- Click on the Waffle on the upper left corner
- Click the “Banner >”
- Click on the “Faculty and Advisors >”
- Scroll down
- Click on any of the “**NEW … (SSB9)” menus you are trying to access.
Anything above that are trying to go back to SSB8 and since SSB9 cannot go directly to any SSB8 portals (except to the Main Menu)
