View an Advisee's Degree Evaluation through SSB9 Advisor Portal

Familiarize yourself with the new SSB9 Advisor portal.  In this guide, we'll walk you through the simple steps required to view an Advisee's Degree Evaluation. 

Access to the Faculty Portal via New Murphy:

1. Login to New Murphy Online
2. Find the “Advisor Services” card --> “Advisee List”

Steps to view the an Advisee's Degree Evaluation in SSB9 Advisor Portal:

1. At the Advisee Search screen, enter the Student's ID you are searching for, or click on "View My Advisee Listing" link to view all your Advisees 
2. In the Advisee Listing, click on the Student's Name and ID to view the Student's Profile
3. In the Student's Profile, click the "Degree Evaluation/Plans" link on the lower left hand side under the Student's picture
