View Advisee's Midterm and Final Grades in SSB9 Advisor Portal

Familiarize yourself with the SSB9 Adivsor Portal.  In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps required to view an Advisee's midterm or final grades.  

Access via Murphy Online: 

1. Login to Murphy Online
2. Find the "Advisor Services" card --> click on "Advisee List"

Steps to view Advisee's midterm or final grades:

1. In the Advisee Search screen, pick a term from the "Term" Drop down
2. click on the "View My Advisee Listing" link
3. In the Advisee Listing, click "View Profile" link next to the advisee you would like to view
4. In the Student Profile, click the "View Grades" link, on the left hand side, under the Student's picture
    
5. In the View Grades screen, it will default to view all courses that the student has taken.  You can click from the drop down for a specific term and level
