A Full Architectural Review may be selected as the decision during the TIP Business Case Review meeting. The intent of this decision is to conduct a more detailed analysis of the request due to higher-than-normal technical complexity and/or risk of the request

By capturing initial intake details and insights from Campus Partners and ITS SMEs, exploring options for addressing Campus Partner needs, and deciding on a path forward, we ensure that we deliver a solution that meets the need of our Campus Partners while being mindful of the effort and impact to our ITS teams and architecture.

As part of the new Tech Intake Process (TIP), leads and a back-up from each ITS team will be notified when a request for a client need that may require new or new uses of digital technologies is submitted in Tommie Tech.

An escalation path exists for a Campus Partner to disagree with a decision made during the Tech Intake Process (TIP) workflow and request a review by the ITS AVPs.

Following completion of the Technical Intake Request, an Initial Request Review is conducted to determine the next step in the TIP workflow.
