If you have just arrived, or have been here for awhile and would like an overview of the Technology Systems and Services available to you, follow this link to Onboarding training to learn more.  Most people find that this Self-guided Onboarding tour is sufficient to gain a good overview.  If you have reviewed the tour and still need assistance, you may...

1. Call for Just In Time Onboarding - 10 Minute Overview.  Contact the Tech Desk at 2-6250 to have a member of the tech desk walk you through these items and to answer any questions that you might have.  (Note: Depending on the time of year, and number of calls being processed, the Tech Desk may offer to deliver the overview another time in the near future that works better)
2. If you have contacted the Tech Desk, but still have more questions, you may schedule a 30 min appointment to meet with an ITS Technician in person, or by zoom/teams to review technology in more depth.  Simply click the "Request Service" button at the top right to submit a request.
