OneStThomas is the university's intranet platform which provides:
- A place to start your digital day at St. Thomas
- Find all of the login links to university apps, tools, and services.
- Access to relevant, internal-facing news, events, and other secure content
- Look up community member's email, mailbox stop, phone number, office location, and more.
Apps and Tools Menu
This is your one-stop-shop for logging into university systems. From here you'll be able to:
- customize the "My Apps" tab with tools you visit most frequently
- access your emails, files, and more from the"Office 365 Apps" tab
- find an A to Z list of all available login links and services from the "Apps & Tools" tab
How to Access the Apps and Tools Menu
- Login to one.stthomas.edu
- Click on the Windows icon in the top menu
- Go to the Apps & Tools tab to view a comprehensive list of services.
How to Personalize your My Apps Tab
Find apps that you frequently use by adding them to your My Apps tab.
- Click the Select My Apps button in the My Apps tab.
- Check next to any app you want to appear on your personalized list of apps
- Click Save when done.
- Go to the My Apps tab to find these for quick access in the future.

Internal-facing university Events are published in OneStThomas. The OneStThomas events page provides a great summary of events posted via a number of university sources, as well as access to academic calendars.
Find People & Contact Information
How to find People in OneStThomas
On the Find People page of OneStThomas, you can search for contact information on university students, faculty, and staff. Here you will find their office phone number, office room location, mail stop, and more ways to contact them. Faculty and Staff can update their office information in Murphy Online.

To find information on departments, visit the Directory page on the public website.
