This service is for faculty.
ITS has additional 49" displays that can be deployed and connected to the classroom computer. This additional display can be used to show video call participants during a hyflex class. This allows for separate images of your presentation and video call, creating a more immersive experience in the classroom
How do I request an additional display?
Additional displays are available upon request for use per semester. We unfortunately can not support single use or ad-hoc set ups.
If you would be like to have an additional display installed in your classroom for a semester please submit a Service - AV and Classroom Technology ticket.
How do I use an additional display?
1. Turn the AV system on, log in to the PC and select either Windows Key + P and choose Extend or double click the Extended Displays shortcut on the desktop.
2. Acclimate yourself to the new screen setting by grabbing any open window and drag it to the left or right to move it between displays.
3. When Zoom is open, drag the Zoom participants window to the additional display and resize that window as needed.
