What is the Tommie Toolkit?

The Tommie Toolkit is a collection of small, focused utilities built into Canvas. It provides self-service access to tasks that previously required a help ticket or manual workaround.

Access the Toolkit

In Canvas, select Tommie Toolkit from the global navigation sidebar—the left-hand menu displayed on every Canvas page.

No special enrollment, installation, or setup is needed. Access is available to anyone with an Instructor, Content Developer, or Teaching Assistant role.

Toolkit missing from your sidebar? Confirm that you hold one of the qualifying roles. Contact Instructional Technology support, by clicking Request Service on this page, if you believe you should have access but do not.
