How do I setup my voice mailbox?

How do I access my voice mailbox?

You will need to go through the first-time setup process found in the knowledge base.

Afterwards you can access your voicemail at any time using either of the following steps:

From your office phone: 

1. Press the voicemail button on your phone
2. Enter your PIN when prompted followed by the # key

From another phone: 

1. Dial 651-962-8888 (or use the 28888 extension from another campus phone)
2. Press the * key when you hear the opening prompt that begins "Hello Cisco Unity Connection Messaging System"
3. Enter your 5-digit phone extension when prompted for your "ID" then press the # key.
4. Next, enter your PIN then press the # key.
