Many new or intermittent issues or unwanted behaviors on websites and in browsers can be quickly and easily resolved by clearing your browser's cookies and cache. When you use a browser it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.

After clearing your cookies and cache it is always a good idea to close and re-open your browser to be sure that you have a fresh browsing session.
