Many new or intermittent issues or unwanted behaviors on websites and in browsers can be quickly and easily resolved by clearing your browser's cookies and cache. When you use a browser it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.
