This service is for faculty, staff, and students.
If you find yourself regularly referencing a Knowledge Base article or using a Service, you can add it to your favorites to quickly access it in the future.
How to Favorite an Article
- Navigate to the Client Portal home page (services.stthomas.edu)
- In the top right corner, click Sign In
- Access a Knowledge Base article or Service Catalog page that you would like to favorite
- On the right side of the page, click Add to Favorites
Accessing Favorites
Once you have added a service or article to your favourites, you can access your favourites to make any modifications:
- Navigate to the Client Portal
- In the top right corner, click Sign In
- At the top of the page, click Services or Knowledge Base, depending on which Favorites you want to view
- On the sub-menu that appears, click My Favorites
- To open a favorite article or service, click its name
- To remove an item from your favourites, click the Remove button to the right of the item
