This service is for faculty, staff, and students.
If you submitted a request but no longer need tech assistance, you can withdraw your ticket.
- Sign In to Tommie Tech Services by using the Sign In link in the top right corner.
- Go to the Services tab from the top menu
- On the gray sub-menu that appears, click Ticket Requests

- On that page, you can see all of your ticket requests. Use the filters at the top to organize your requests.
- To view details about a request, click its name.
- At the top of the details for your ticket request, click the Withdraw Request button

- Choose a reason for withdrawing the request, and optionally add comments
- Click Withdraw
