How to Withdraw a Ticket Request

This service is for faculty, staff, and students.

If you submitted a request but no longer need tech assistance, you can withdraw your ticket. 

  1. Sign In to Tommie Tech Services by using the Sign In link in the top right corner. 
  2. Go to the Services tab from the top menu
  3. On the gray sub-menu that appears, click Ticket Requests

  4. On that page, you can see all of your ticket requests. Use the filters at the top to organize your requests.
  5. To view details about a request, click its name.
  6. At the top of the details for your ticket request, click the Withdraw Request button

  7. Choose a reason for withdrawing the request, and optionally add comments
  8. Click Withdraw
