Apple: iPad Printing Overview

This service is for faculty, staff, and students.

Users can print from their iPad using the MobilityPrint feature powered by PaperCut.

Note: Due to software limitations, iPad printing is unavailable to students with on-campus employment, faculty, or staff. Faculty and staff who would like to print from their iPad will want to submit a Print, Scan, and Fax request.

How to Print From an iPad

  1. Ensure your iPad is connected to UST wireless network.
  2. Navigate to the app you would like to print from.
  3. Tap the app's share icon.
  4. Scroll to find the Print option.
  5. In the Print Options menu, tap the Printer option to view a list of available printers.
  6. Tap the preferred nearby printer.
  7. Enter your St. Thomas username (without @stthomas.edu) and password when prompted.
  8. After making your preferred print job adjustments (Copies, Double-sided, Scaling, etc.), tap Print in the upper-right corner.
