Familiarize yourself with the new SSB9 Faculty Portal. In this guide, we'll walk you through how to view a Student's Profile, how to email a class list, how to save/print a class list with students' picture, and how to download the class list into an Excel spreadsheet. Note, please disable pop-up blocker. These steps are done within Chrome. The steps should be similar in Edge, Firefox, or Safari.
Access to the Class List within the SSB9 Faculty Portal:
- To get to the Class List, review the KB article “View Class/Wait List in SSB9 Faculty Portal”
How to view a Student's Profile from within the SSB9 Class List:
- In the Class List, click on the Student’s Name to view the Student's Profile.

How to email the Class List from within the SSB9 Class List:
- In the Class List, check the top checkbox on the upper left hand side under "Summary Class List".
- Click the "envelop" image under "Summary View".

- A pop-up window will ask which app to use, select "Outlook" and then click the "just once" button or if you prefer to always use Outlook, click the "Always" button.

Directions to save/print the class list with Students' Pictures from within the SSB9 Class List:
- In the Class List, determine what columns you want on the pdf or printout. To changed what is displayed for the Student in the class list, click on the button

Located under “Summary View”. Then check/uncheck items you want to see or not see.
- Click the “Print” button on the upper right hand corner.

- In the pop-up, if you want to blow-up class list with pictures of students, click the "More Settings".
- For the Scale option, click "Custom".
- Update the number to 200.
- Click the "Save" button.

- A window will pop-up, change the location of the file and rename the file as you wish. Otherwise, leave the default location and file name.
- Click the "Save" button

- Once the file is saved, you can open the file from the location in step #6
Directions to download the Class List from within the SSB9 Class List:
- In the Class List view, click on the Export link at the upper right.

- Click the “Export” button.

- Name the file and put it in the file directory you wish. Then click the “Save” button.

- Once the file is saved, you can view the file by opening the file.

- The file will open in Excel spreadsheet.
