View an Advisee's Registration Holds through SSB9 Advisor Portal

Familiarize yourself with the new SSB9 Advisor Portal.  In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps required to view Advisee's registration hold.

Access to the Faculty Portal via Murphy:

1. Login to Murphy Online
2. Find the “Advisor Services card --> “Student Profile” link

Steps to View an Advisee's Registration Holds through SSB9 Advisor Portal:

1. Enter Student’s ID in the Advisee Search or click on the “View My Advisee Listing” to find the Student
2. Click on the Advisee’s Name and ID to view their Student Profile
3. Once in the Student Profile, click on the “Holds:” link on the upper right hand side.  This will display any registration holds the Student may have. 

**NOTE: If for some reason, you get the following message "Some holds are sensitive and may not be displayed".  This just means the hold is NOT a registration hold and the student should be good to register.
