On the Program record Generic Filter 6, you will find the Programs aligned with requiring a Math Placement Required.
In 2026, 22 Majors were tagged with MATH Placement Required (https://uofstthomasmn.lightning.force.com/lightning/r/Report/00OHq000008aZ3kMAE/view?queryScope=userFolders).

The Math Requirement Response is marked as Viewed if a Math Placement Test score is entered into Salesforce.
