This is a step-by-step guide intended for staff and faculty using Salesforce EDA to access Campaigns, view, and get a total count of Campaign Members a Campaign.
Salesforce: Access Salesforce EDA Campaign and Count of Campaign Members
First, open EDA and Click on the 9 dots on the left of the screen. The App Launcher will pop-up, then click on “View All” option at the bottom.

Once it has opened the App Launcher fully, in the top search box, type: “Campaigns”

At the next page you will be able to select which Campaigns you look at. By selecting the highlighted portion. A drop-down menu will appear, you can select which section of Campaigns you wish to view.
In this example, we choose the Campaign option, “All Campaigns – Lyris Migration”. The “All Campaigns – Lyris Migration” list view does not contain any additional lists the School of Education requested. SoED has a list view of all their campaigns under “SoE All Campaigns – Lyris Migration”.

After you click the list view of what you are looking for, click the Campaign Name on the list view which will open that campaign.

Or, on the same bar, on the right-hand side, you can see a search option. Where you can search for the correct Campaign you are looking for.

Your Campaign should show up as one of the results. If your Campaign does not show up, make sure you are searching in either the "All Campaigns" list view or correct section in which it is stored.
Once you have found your Campaign, you can click to open it, which should bring you to that Campaign's main page.

To view the total number of the Campaign Members, scroll down to to find the "Campaign Members" form on the right side of the screen. Click the text box "Records per Page" to type in "1000" (If your total number of the member is low, you can use 100 or 500. The idea is to change the records per page then you can easily calculate the total number of Members.)
Then scroll down to the bottom of the view to find out how many pages it brings you after you edit the total Records show per page. In this example, there is only 1 page of 838 members. This tells me that the total Members in this Campaign is 838.

If I change my "Records per Page" to 500 in this same example, I would see the "Showing Page 1 of 2 Pages" at the end of this screen. Click the "Last" arrow to show the last page.
It shows me that the last page contains 338 records. Then, I add 500 and the 338, which gives me the total count of 838 Members in the Campaign.

The sum of the total records of all pages is the total count of the Campaign Member.
