How to Access the University of St. Thomas Alumni Directory

  1. Navigate to alumni.stthomas.edu
  2. Click on the Update Contact Info from the upper right corner of the page

  1. Click on See Alumni Directory on the right side of the page under the Update Your Info button.

  1. If you are returning to the Alumni Directory, enter your email address for your username and password and click the Log in Button. If you can’t remember your password, click Reset Password.
  2. If you are new to the Alumni Directory, click on Claim My Account.

  1. To Claim Your Alumni Account you need to provide the following information, which is used to match your information to your St Thomas alumni record, and click Next:
    1. First Name
    2. Last Name
    3. Birthdate
    4. Email (this will be used as your username)
    5. Optional: Last Name as Student
    6. Optional: St Thomas ID (9 digit number)

  1. We will provide a list of possible matches. Select the checkbox next to the contact that best matches your class year and degree (highlighted in Green) and click Next. If you do not see your information, you can try to Search Again button or click the Need Assistance toggle (both highlighted in Red) and click Next.

  1. If you clicked Need Assistance, you will be prompted to enter additional information for us to try to find your alumni record within our system. Someone from our alumni team will respond to you using the email address you entered as a username.

  1. Once you click Next after checking the record that matches your information, you will receive the following confirmation.

  1. You will receive an email to the provided email address with a link to set up a password and log in.

  1. You are now a member of the Alumni community. You can now:
    1. Search and connect with other alumni via the Alumni Directory
    2. Read updates about other Alumni or create your own update about events in your life via Alumni Notes
    3. Update your information in My Account
    4. Search for Lawyers (only available to School of Law graduates)
    5. Add your business to the St Thomas Alumni Business Directory
