Transcripts from the University Registrar
Transcripts from the University of St. Thomas may be requested or released.
Please note: The Office of Student Data & Registrar does not hold transcript requests for future activity (such as the posting of grades or awarding of degrees). Please submit your transcript request after your grades are posted or degree has been awarded.
How to Order an Official Transcript
After you graduate, you will receive one free official transcript in the mail along with your diploma after your degree is awarded.
Going forward, you can request your transcript online for a small fee by looking up your student account from the Parchment St. Thomas Online Storefront.

How to Order an Unofficial Transcript
Your St. Thomas account will expire 365 days after your last active term or graduation.
You can save an unofficial copy of your transcript from Murphy Online before your account expires using the instructions below.
