Stay connected and collaborate from anywhere

These apps help you stay connected and continue collaboration from anywhere.

  • Outlook – Check your university email
  • OneDrive – Access your personal files
  • SharePoint or Microsoft Teams – Access department shared files and news
  • Word, Excel, or PowerPoint – Edit documents
  • Microsoft Teams – Chat, call, video message, and collaborate. You can make calls to other St. Thomas members through the Teams app and leave voicemail messages without giving out your personal cell phone or home phone number.
  • Microsoft Authenticator – Make multi-factor authentication (MFA) approval simpler
