LiquidFiles: How to create FileLinks

This service is for faculty, staff, and students.

Steps to create a FileLinks 

  1. Go to the LiquidFile login page
  2. Select the SSO Login button option on the bottom of the page

  3. Sign in using your St. Thomas username and password.
  4. Select FileLinks option on the top toolbar
     FileLinks button icon
     
  5. Select the New File Link button 
  6. Either drop file in available area or upload file using Select File button Screenshot of upload box to create new filelink
     
  7. Select Create Link button
  8. Share link with necessary parties
