Talent Management System (icims)


This service is for faculty, staff, students and visitors.

The Tech Desk is happy to assist in basic troubleshooting of issues with viewing or accessing the Talent Management System (icims). This assistance will likely include recommendations of:

Job Applicants - Your log in email and password were chosen by you the first time you accessed ICIMS. If you do not remember your password, please use the password reset recovery to your registered email (be sure to check your spam, etc. folders). If you are not receiving the password recovery email, or do not remember what email address you applied under, you will need to contact the HR department. 

Hiring Managers or Hiring Committee members - After being registered by HR, logging in for hiring managers is generally done using your UST email and password (through SSO). If you are a hiring manager or part of a hiring committee and are unable to log in, you will want to follow up with HR to verify that you have been set up to do so.

Common error received by UST hiring personnel who have not been registered by HR in ICIMS.
