To request access and training, fill out the request form. A member of the web team will respond and schedule a virtual 60-minute training that must be completed before access is granted. The training covers how to use Cascade, where to find essential resources, and general standards.
How to make edits in Cascade
All edits in Cascade are reviewed by the web team before being published to the website. This process is called a workflow, and it will be covered in detail during the training. Once a user submits a workflow, the web team will typically review and approve it within 24 hours. This process allows the web team to complete a quality assurance check and ensure consistency across the websites. The web team may edit your content if there are inconsistencies, incorrect code, or formatting issues.
After the training, you will be able to make edits in Cascade. If you need a refresher, visit the resources below.
