There are a variety of mobile apps you can install to stay connected to what is happening at St. Thomas.
Microsoft Office 365
These apps help you stay connected and continue collaboration from anywhere.
- Check your university email (Outlook)
- Access your personal files (OneDrive)
- Access department shared files and news (SharePoint or Teams)
- Edit documents (Word, Excel, or PowerPoint)
- Chat, call, video message, and collaborate (Microsoft Teams) Note: you can make calls to other St. Thomas members through the Teams app and leave voicemail messages without giving out your personal cell phone or home phone number.
- Make multi-factor authentication (MFA) approval simpler with the Microsoft Authenticator app
Connect using Video
- Hold virtual meetings or class sessions (Zoom)

Get notifications and access to course content.
Note: Faculty should search for your device's app store for the Canvas Teacher app to modify course details.
