Wi-Fi Connection
If your device is unable to authenticate to the UST secured network, you can add your device to our network ISE server using its "MAC Address" to have access via UST-Open by following the process below.
Register Your Device
- Find your MAC Address
- Login to My Devices with your username and password
- Enter the requested information.
- When the device says status "pending" then it is successfully registered
Connect to UST-Open wifi network
- Open settings and navigate to network connections
- Choose UST-Open from available wireless networks
- After connecting successfully, reboot your device to ensure it is able to configure and connect successfully
Wired Connection
Use an ethernet cable to connect your gaming device to the network wall jack. Your gaming device should automatically connect and be profiled after you restart your device.
