How to Save Multiple Past Report Versions in Cognos Analytics 11

The following article describes how to save multiple past output versions of a Cognos Analytics 11 report. 

Update a Report to Save Multiple Past Versions

1. Navigate to the report in the menu and click the "More" button that is to the right of the report name.
2. Select the "Properties" option 
3. Toggle the "Report" option  
4. Expand the "Advanced" area
5. Place your cursor next to the number for "Report output versions" and update to desired number (Default 1, Max 30). You can also update the Occurrences to Days (Max 31)or Months (Max 3) depending on how far back you want to save.
