Common Data Set IDAR A collaborative effort among data providers in the higher education community and publishers as represented by the College Board, Peterson's, and U.S. News & World Report. The stated goal is to provide accurate and timely data to students and their families while decreasing the workload of administrators. In producing their popular publications and rankings, these publishers "ask the same core questions" of institutions using the Common Data Set to define those questions and their responses.

Military Friendly Survey Veterans Resource Center The list of Military Friendly® Schools and Military Friendly® Schools ratings are assessed through the evaluation of both public data about the institution and proprietary data gathered through our Military Friendly® Schools survey. The annual, data-driven Military Friendly® Schools survey assessment is offered at no cost to more than 8,800 institutions nationwide. Each year, schools taking the survey are held to a higher standard than in previous years via improved methodology, criteria and weightings developed with the assistance of an independent research firm and our Advisory Council.

National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC) Admission Trends Survey Admissions Monthly submissions to compare data against other National Catholic colleges and universities. This is application data.

National Association of Schools of Music (NASM) HEADS Survey Department of Music The Higher Education Arts Data Services (HEADS) Data Survey requests statistical information regarding music program operations and achievements. This report is required annually of all NASM accredited postsecondary institutions. In addition, HEADS data is a required component of each Self-Study document prepared for NASM reviews for accredited institutional Membership and renewal of Membership. Office of Higher Education (OHE) Dual Credit and Credit Acceptance Survey Student Data and Registrar Minnesota colleges and universities generally have written policies for awarding credit for dual credit and/or exam-based credit programs. In almost all cases, these policies are publicly displayed on the institution's website. In addition to general system-wide guidelines for the Minnesota State and the University of Minnesota systems, individual colleges have specific institutional policies regarding the acceptance and use of dual credit and exam-based credit. However, multiple departments/offices generally oversee the acceptance of dual credit and exam-based credit. Knowledge of specific dual credit and/or exam-based credit programs can be dispersed among multiple positions on each campus.

Office of Higher Education (OHE) Study Abroad Health and Safety Survey Office of Study Abroad To provide the public with a more accurate understanding of the risks of studying abroad, the Office of Higher Education (OHE) reports study abroad health and safety incident data along with student participation data. This information is submitted annually to OHE by Minnesota postsecondary institutions whose students studied abroad in the prior academic year.

Office of Higher Education (OHE) Sexual Assault Data Survey Office of Title IX Minn. Stat. 135A.15 Subd. 6 requires all postsecondary institutions to annually report statistics on sexual assult to OHE.
