View Student Registration Status in SSB9 Advisor Portal

Please use this as a guide to efficiently manage a student's "Registration Status" or view a student's Time Ticket. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps required to release these holds, ensuring a smooth advising and registration process for all parties involved. 

 

Access to Advisee Listing via New Murphy Online: 

  1. Login to New Murphy Online
  2. Find the "Advisor Services" card --> click on the "Student Profile"

 

View Student Registration Status:

  1. Pick from the Term drop down (make sure you are picking from the correct term.  If it is fall and students are registering for spring term, pick Spring <<year>>).  Otherwise, you will not see the correct time ticket for the student.
  2. enter the student's ID and click "View Profile"Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
    **note: If students have not yet registered, you will not see them in the future term using "View my Advisee Listing"​​​​
  3. In the Student Profile, click on the "Registration Notices:" link on the upper right cornerUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  4. The green checks next to each status, means the student is good and the Time Tickets for the student will be listed.
