The instructions below describe how to use the PaperCut Print Deploy app to connect to a network printer for basic printing from a macOS computer. If you need to print to a campus MFP with additional finishing options, please see Printing with Finishing options on a Mac.
The PaperCut Print Deploy app is automatically installed on all St. Thomas Macs. If you do not see the Print Deploy app on your computer, check the Self Service app.
NOTE: For personally-owned computers, you must first
download and install the Print Deploy app.
Install a network printer using PaperCut Print Deploy
- Open the PaperCut Print Deploy Client by clicking on the printer icon in your Mac's top menu bar and choosing "View my printers."

- If you are prompted to log in, enter your St. Thomas username and password, then click "Sign in and add printers."

When you locate the printer you wish to add, click the "Install" button.

- That's it! The printer is added to your Mac's list of printers.
Remove a network printer using PaperCut Print Deploy
- Open the Print Deploy app and log in if prompted.
