I Need Data (IDAR)

Before filling out this request, you can check to see if we already have this data:

  • Current Standard Reports (e.g.,demographics of the student body, graduation & retention, headcounts, FTEs, and credits)

If the data you need is found in the Data Cookbook, put in an ACCESS ticket to view the report. If the data you need is not found elsewhere, please continue to create a ticket. Here are the types of data requests available using this form:

Data Points

Need a data point or two? Something like:

  • The number of students with on-campus jobs in academic year 2024-2025
  • Average tuition cost after scholarships for a specific aid year
  • The number of undergraduate CHEM sections offered last academic year

Lists/Reports

We can create custom reports for you. Here are a few examples:

  • A list of academic alerts sent to undergraduate students during a specific term
  • A list of students that meet the requirements to join an honor society, along with their email addresses
  • A report providing you the data required to complete an external survey
