OnceHub ScheduleOnce

OnceHub ScheduleOnce is an online appointment scheduling tool and chatbot builder that is used in conjunction with Salesforce, Office 365 and Zoom.

Request ScheduleOnce Access

ScheduleOnce requires Salesforce access. Therefore, how you request ScheduleOnce access depends on your Salesforce access:

• Already have a Salesforce account? Request ScheduleOnce access to complement your Salesforce account via Appointment Scheduling (ScheduleOnce).
• Need a Salesforce account? Request Salesforce and ScheduleOnce access via Account - Update Access and Permissions service form.

Setting Up Your ScheduleOnce Page(s)

The following information is needed to set up your ScheduleOnce page(s): 

Department Information: 

1. Department Name
2. Department Website (optional)
3. Department Logo (for square thumbnail)
   1. File size must not exceed 200 KB.
   2. File format must be JPG, JPEG, PNG or GIF.
4. Department Welcome Message Text
5. Department Social Media links (Website, X, LinkedIn, Facebook) (optional)
6. Do you want a team/group scheduling page?

Your Information: 

1. Your Name
2. Your Title
3. Your Office Location for Appointments. Virtual appointments through Teams & Zoom are also an option.
4. Your Phone Number
5. Your Email Address
6. Your Headshot image (optional)
   1. File size must not exceed 200 KB.
   2. File format must be JPG, JPEG, PNG or GIF.
7. Your Social Media links (Website, X, LinkedIn, Facebook) (optional)

Appointment Information

(you can have more than one appointment type, but you must provide the information below for each):

1. Appointment Title
2. Appointment Description (just a few sentences)
3. Appointment Duration (in minutes)
4. What questions do you want to ask at the time the appointment is scheduled?
5. How far in advance can someone schedule with you?
