Account - Update Access and Permissions

For updating existing accounts only.  This includes new employees who have completed the hiring process and are in Banner.  This form includes workflow that will check for FERPA training completion prior to any access to student data, as well as approval workflow for these systems.  Please be aware that the training and approval process can add processing time.  You can check back on your ticket progress here in Tommie Tech Services.

This form includes the following options:

  • Updates to Banner Data Access
  • Updates to Cognos Data Access
  • Updates to Salesforce Access
  • Updates to Optix Access
  • Updates to Shared Mailbox Access
  • TDX access
  • Vanity Email Addresses
  • Display Name Changes
  • Basic access removal (without termination)
