How to login to Salesforce

Salesforce works best with the Chrome web browser. Please avoid using Internet Explorer with Salesforce because it frequently experiences slowdowns and errors.

1.  Access Salesforce EDA Prod or EDA UAT (Staging) from the OneStThomas Enterprise Systems page.

2.  Select the option to Log in with UST MFA

3.   Enter or select your University of St. Thomas username (example: xxxx1234@stthomas.edu) and 15 character password.

4. Verify your login with your multi-factor authentication method.  Note: the easiest and most consistent way to do this is by installing the MFA Authenticator app if you have not already set this up for other services.

ITS works to ensure there is a balance between what users need to view in order to be successful in their work and exposing sensitive information that may not be relevant. Therefore, your view may be different from others on your team. If this is preventing you from doing your work please visit this page to learn more and request additional access.

  1. Get self-training materials for free in Salesforce Trailhead. Start by watching videos in our curated trailmix for all users. Special training for University Advancement and Alumni Relation is also available. 
  2. Watch on-demand trainings from ITS within OneStThomas..  Our intranet page brings together quick links, troubleshooting, and ways to stay up to date on changes to the Salesforce system.
