This article will walk you through how to log in to the Qualtrics support system to contact customer service via chat, e-mail, or phone. All St. Thomas users are automatically set up with a St. Thomas Qualtrics account. You can learn more information about how to use Qualtrics from the article: Qualtrics: Getting Started.
If for some reason you cannot login to your account to access support follow this link and choose the option "Can't log in or don't have an account?" to speak with Qualtrics support.
Instructions
- Log in to Qualtrics through One.St.Thomas.edu
- Once logged in, select the question mark icon in the upper right-hand corner
- Choose "Contact Support"
- On the Qualtrics login screen select "Sign in with SSO"
- Type stthomas into the box that says "Organization ID" then press continue
Once logged into the support portal select from the topics listed, to submit your request. If none of the suggested topics apply to you, select I have a different support request in the bottom-right box.
