Getting Started
Access this service through the Apps and Tools menu in OneStThomas or by going to stthomas.qualtrics.com.
Login using your username and password. If you are a first time user, you may be prompted to click the "I don't have a Qualtrics account" button. After selecting this you will be given access and can begin creating surveys.
