The following information is needed to set up your ScheduleOnce page(s):
Department Information:
- Department Name
- Department Website (optional)
- Department Logo (for square thumbnail)
- File size must not exceed 200 KB.
- File format must be JPG, JPEG, PNG or GIF.
- Department Welcome Message Text
- Department Social Media links (Website, X, LinkedIn, Facebook) (optional)
- Do you want a team/group scheduling page?
Your Information:
- Your Name
- Your Title
- Your Office Location for Appointments. Virtual appointments through Teams & Zoom are also an option.
- Your Phone Number
- Your Email Address
- Your Headshot image (optional)
- File size must not exceed 200 KB.
- File format must be JPG, JPEG, PNG or GIF.
- Your Social Media links (Website, X, LinkedIn, Facebook) (optional)
Appointment Information (you can have more than one appointment type, but you must provide the information below for each):
- Appointment Title
- Appointment Description (just a few sentences)
- Appointment Duration (in minutes)
- What questions do you want to ask at the time the appointment is scheduled?
- How far in advance can someone schedule with you?
