Print, Scan, & Fax: Make Copies at an MFP

All faculty, staff, and students can make a copy of files at the university's multi-functioning printers (MFPs).

How to Make a Copy

  1. Log in to the device by swiping your ID card (or entering your username and password)
  2. If prompted, select your account.
  3. Select the Copy icon from the home screen.
  4. Place your document in the document feeder or on the copier glass.
  5. Choose appropriate options, such as paper size, 2-sided, etc. Press Detail to see additional options.
  6. Select the number of copies you wish to make.
  7. When ready, press the Start button in the bottom-right corner.
  8. Your document scans. If scanning from the copier glass, choose Read-End when finished, or Start to scan additional pages.
  9. If finished, press the Logout button at the top of the screen.
