This service is available for staff and alumni.
The Alumni Directory is a secure, online community for St. Thomas alumni to keep up to date with one another.
This service is provided through Salesforce and involves the management of Alumni engagement data with integrations to and from Banner. The University Advancement and Alumni Relations team is able to leverage a full perspective of St. Thomas graduates and their engagements with St. Thomas.
Getting Started
- Alumni can access this service by going to the Alumni Website at alumni.stthomas.edu and use Access my Account to claim their account, or simply log in if they have already claimed said account. Please note that this account is separate from any pre-existing student account and also the old alumni directory. Alumni looking to claim their account will have to provide identifying information.
- Staff who need to get into the administrative side of the directory should login via Salesforce from the Apps and Tools menu in OneStThomas. Multi-factor authentication will apply for when logging into the system. In addition, student workers and some profiles may have an IP range limit or work day limit for accessing the system.
Request Service
Our request service form will allow you to:
- Request elevated access to the administrative view (manager must request on employee's behalf)
- Troubleshoot or report a problem.
- Alumni looking for assistance should contact Alumni Relations directly.
