Professional Development, Performance and Training Management (Bridge)

Bridge (referred to as the Professional Development Portal)  is a cloud-based learning management system that allows all faculty and staff to offer, discover and participate in digital training courses and professional development sessions. It enables those who wish to offer training or professional development opportunities the ability to create learning activities or events, track attendance (in-person and virtual) and share resources to attendees.  Bridge enables faculty and staff to be enrolled in required professional development events, discover and join other optional learning opportunities, and view and report out on their professional development transcript throughout the year. Course sites or professional development sessions can be created by any unit on campus.

Getting Started

Access this service and discover existing learning opportunities, from the Apps and Tools menu in OneStThomas and look for Professional Development Portal

To create or list new opportunities, please submit a service request to be granted the appropriate permissions and complete some short on-boarding to the system.
