How to Track Ticket Status

This service is for faculty, staff, and students.

Once you've submitted a request or reported an issue to ITS, a ticket will be created to help you track its status and communicate with our tech teams. 

How to Track Ticket Status

  1. Sign In to Tommie Tech Services by using the Sign In link in the top right corner. 
  2. Go to the Services tab from the top menu
  3. On the gray sub-menu that appears, click Ticket Requests

  4. On that page, you can see all ticket requests that you have submitted, including tickets submitted on behalf of another person. Use the filters at the top to organize your requests.
  5. To view details about a request, click its name.
