Email: Add my St. Thomas email and calendar to my phone

ITS recommends downloading the Microsoft Outlook app for your iOS or Android device. 

Go to the App Store or Google Play to install the app.

1. Once installed, locate it and open the app
2. Add your St. Thomas email by entering the full username@stthomas.edu (eg. john1234@stthomas.edu)
3. Click Add Account (Note: you will need to login and authenticate with Multi-Factor Authentication)
4. Continue through the prompts for notifications and more
5. Reboot your phone if necessary

You can also find other mobile apps for Canvas, Office 365 apps, and the University of St. Thomas - MN app in your device's app store.

Our University accounts are hosted by Microsoft Exchange. Microsoft and third parties like Apple, Google, Samsung, etc. do not guarantee or support Microsoft Exchange accounts working in third party apps (like Apple Mail/Calendar, Gmail app, Samsung Mail/calendar). We've shared the basic setup tips that we've found most likely to work, but we cannot ensure these apps will work reliably. For best results, use Microsoft Outlook or other supported tools. The Outlook application is the recommended way to view UST email outside of the browser. Other mail and calendar apps provide unpredictable success and results.
