This service is for faculty, staff, and students.
Once you've submitted a request or reported an issue to ITS, a ticket will be created to help you track its status and communicate with our tech teams.
How to Track Ticket Status
- Sign In to Tommie Tech Services by using the Sign In link in the top right corner.
- Go to the Services tab from the top menu
- On the gray sub-menu that appears, click Ticket Requests
- On that page, you can see all ticket requests that you have submitted, including tickets submitted on behalf of another person. Use the filters at the top to organize your requests.
- To view details about a request, click its name.
