Salesforce at the University of St. Thomas

Summary

About the Salesforce Platform and Ecosystem at the University of St. Thomas

Body

Unify the University in delivering personalized experiences that enhance lifelong engagement and opportunities for revenue generation.

Salesforce is the university's "system of engagement" for the full constituent lifecycle. It is a web-based Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) platform providing a unified way for the university to deliver personalized experiences to support our mission. It brings together information from prospective students through their journey as alumni. This gives the university a single, shared view of a student's experiences, interests, and involvement during their time at St. Thomas to better serve and engage with our community. In addition to students and alumni, Salesforce also centralizes data as it pertains to St. Thomas staff and faculty.
