Email can be effective method of communication to various constituents. Mass email allows you to send your communications to large group of individuals on a one-time or recurring basis.
There are several mass emails tools that can be utilized, but it my depend on where your data lives and what your goal of the email. Tools available include, but are not limited to:
- Marketing Cloud
- Lyris
- Auto Distribution Groups (DGs)
With each of these tools, you are able to leverage reports and data analytics on your communication efforts, automate and schedule message delivery, ensure all policies are met, have a higher rate of email deliverability.
