STELAR staff have worked closely with department chairs, program directors and faculty to convert degree programs, certificates and independent courses into high quality online experiences for our students. We have a proven process that involves instructional designers, media specialists, course builders, and library liaisons working collaboratively with faculty to develop courses that meet current best practices in online, blended and hyflex course design and delivery.
