Technology Contract and Renewal Management

This service is available for faculty and staff.

ITS purchases and manages all software and cloud services installed on (or accessed from) workstations owned or managed by the university. Departments take advantage of price breaks as a result of aggregate buying, and university-wide management of software and service licensing ensures that the university remains in compliance with copyright laws.

ITS Software Acquisitions and Asset Management will manage the full lifecycle of software on workstations managed by the university - and access to cloud-based services, including the following:

  • Software purchasing
  • License management
  • Contract management
  • Licensing Renewals, replacement, or retirement
     

Getting Started

There are only a handful of individuals at the University who are approved to sign contracts for technology licenses. Consult ITS using the request form to discuss your technology needs and begin the Request for Proposal (RFP) Process.
