Microsoft Office 365 provides several options users for building forms, web applications, workflows, approvals, and automation. You can build your own or request assistance from ITS.
The following Microsoft applications are available for anyone at the University to use:
- Microsoft Forms for easy to design and use web forms.
- Power Automate for workflows, approvals, and task automation.
- PowerApps for complex form building and low-code web application building.
These Microsoft applications provide allow individuals and departments to create no-code or low-code solutions for forms, mobile applications, and workflows. Use them to connect to other Office applications like Outlook, Teams, Planner, SharePoint, and more. You can also connect them to third-party applications.
Getting Started
Access these free services from Office 365 or by going to the Apps and Tools menu in OneStThomas. Login with your username and password.
